About the role

As our Business Controller, you will be a vital business partner to all functions, with a particular focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) activities while supporting our Group Financial Controller with other finance-related activities. You will play a key role in preparing analyses and providing financial insights to support decision-making across teams. Other finance-related activities include monthly closings, internal controls, cash flow management, and budget or revised estimates work.

The recurring tasks include the following:

• Partnering with all functions to provide actionable insights and analyses, as well as supporting data-driven decision-making

• Owning and maintaining the revenue model, ensuring accurate and timely data input from CRM and Finance systems.

• Reporting monthly revenue movements and drivers.

• Analyzing trends and utilizing SaaS metrics to identify areas for improvement.

• Preparing revenue forecasts for new business and existing customers, including expansion, upsells, contraction, and churn.

• Calculating commission for GTM teams based on their targets and actual performance.

• Performing ad-hoc analyses as needed and driving process improvement initiatives to support company growth and scalability.

• Overseeing monthly sales invoicing and accounting revenue bookings.

• Contributing to the annual budget process and rolling forecasting.

• Monthly closing support, such as review of monthly financials.

What you bring

• Around 2-4 years of experience in related roles.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with strong business acumen.

• Experience with financial planning and analysis, revenue forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Proficiency in using CRM and finance systems for data gathering and reporting.

• Ability to analyze trends and identify areas for improvement and voice them with senior leadership.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with various teams.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and clear visualization in data reporting and analysis.

• Experience with SaaS metrics and value drivers is considered an advantage.

• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
